Please add the failure reason to the body of the notice email. It would be easier for an automated process to parse this.
Ralph - this is a setting on your "Sending Faxes" - you do not have the preview on for sending faxes.
I have the same question. When I get a success message, the body of the email shows the transmission details, but when I receive a failure notice, the body of the email is empty.
It sounds like you are saying the failure details should be in the body of the email - is there some setting that turns this on or off?
The failure reason is listed in the "body" of the email, are you suggesting it be in the "subject line" ?
