In order to have your current fax number forwarded to your new SRFax number you will need to get in touch with your telephone provider and request that the feature "Call Forwarding" is added to your current fax line.
Once the feature has been activated pick up your fax line and dial *72 wait for dial tone and then dial the SRFax number you were allocated, starting with a 1. When you hear the squelch of a fax machine, hang up. Your fax number is now forwarded to our system.
Please test this by getting someone to fax you a test page which you should receive via email.
NOTE:
Depending on you current service provider the call forward code of "*72" shown above may differ, so please confirm the code with your provider when setting up the call forward feature.
