Go to the login page (https://www.srfax.com/sign-in/ ) , Just below the Login button click on "FORGOT PASSWORD"
This will take you to a screen which requests for you Login Email address and your Account Number. The Account Number can be found in two places if you do not see the below screen then your computer has been cached and it is recommended to delete all cache.
1. On any one of the Invoices we Email you on a monthly basis
2. Your Welcome Email when you signed up for our service and
Once these two items are entered, you will be sent a link in your email to enter in a new password for your SRFax account. Please note the link generated in email only works for 15 minutes.
