Go to the login page (https://www.srfax.com/sign-in/ ) , Just below the Login button click on "FORGOT PASSWORD"


This will take you to a screen which requests for you Login Email address and your Account Number. The Account Number can be found in three places:


1. On any one of the Invoices we Email you on a monthly basis





2. Your Welcome Email when you signed up for our service and

3. On your credit card transaction receipts as shown below:

Once these two items are entered, you will be sent a link in your email to enter in a new password for your SRFax account. Please note the link generated in email only works for 15 minutes.
