To add a number to your current SRFax account with no difference in settings, or to change your existing fax number, please contact customer support at 1-866-697-7329 or you can Create a New Ticket with your request and our support staff will be happy to assist you. With additional numbers in this manner, there is no way to differentiate which number a received fax came in on. It is also an additional $2.95 per month.
To add fax numbers that have their own settings, please go to My Account and then User Administration while logged into your SRFax account. Click on Add User and select that the new user will require their own fax number. It is an additional $4.95 per month. Please note, Basic 25 plans will not have this option. Sub-users will share in the pool of pages of your current plan.
