Where are my faxes
Faxes are found by:
Logging into your account
Navigating to “Faxes”
Navigate to “Faxes Received” or Faxes Sent”
If your faxes are not where you expect them
Navigate to “Settings”
Navigate to “General”
Confirm the number of months faxes are retained under fax retention settings
This can be set to up to 365 months, for no additional charge.
